End User License Agreement.

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Gower Optimal Algorithms Ltd for the product for which a license / licenses have been purchased. The software is owned by Gower Optimal Algorithms Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The software, documentation and any updates provided are subject to this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement then you should not install the software and should return it for a full refund.

1. You may install, use and run this software product on a single computer or workstation. The primary user of the computer on which the software is installed may make a second copy for his/her exclusive use on a portable computer.

2. You may install a copy of this product on a network server or similar device for access over an internal network. In doing so you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which the software product is able to run. You should note the technical issues associated with a network installation including those detailed at http://www.goweralg.co.uk/technical/networking.htm.

3. You may not rent, lease or lend the software product.

4. Gower Optimal Algorithms Ltd (GOAL) warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the printed and electronic documentation provided with the software. In the event that software errors are identified to GOAL within 6 months of purchase, then GOAL will endeavour to rectify the problem(s) and provide updated software.

5. Given the wide range of environmental and handling environments to which this software may be applied, users are advised that experienced staff should always determine the suitability of solutions produced for the physical environments in which they are to be applied.

6. All titles and copyrights in this software product and documentation are owned by Gower Optimal Algorithms Ltd. License holders may print additional copies of documentation as required to support licensed user(s).

7. Whilst GOAL have made every effort to ensure this software performs effectively, in no event can GOAL or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the software product.
