Irregular Cutting & Packing

Whilst the majority of our software focuses on problems of packing rectangular or circular items in two and three dimensions we also have considerable expertise in the solution of problems in which irregular shaped components (of one or multiple shapes) are to be cut from stock material or packed into minimum space. Whilst the nature of these problems does not usually lend itself to 'off the shelf' solutions we would be happy to discuss individual requirements. The diagrams below illustrate some typical solutions obtained.
